Win 11 or 12 at Houston, and you get a power program job; win 8 or 9 at Maryland (the equivalent of 11 or 12 at Houston) and you don't.

Fuente and Herman could both waltz their teams into Maryland right now and win by 30+. Hard to imagine either of them leaving for the Terps.
