I don't think South Carolina is a bad job, but it's also not a great job either.
I wasn't registered here in 2009 but did lurk, and I remember seeing threads on here around then that maybe Spurrier wasn't that great of a coach and that Florida had made him what he is.
Let's not forget that in Spurrier's first five years at USC, his records were 7-5, 8-5, 6-6, 7-6, and 7-6.
