If anyone doesn't shed a couple of tears at a minimum during Dear Zachary they should have themselves examined by a a psychiatrist because they're probably a sociopath.

To those saying "nope" and "never", you really should watch it. If anything, let it show you how incompetent government can be and also show you what kind of crazy, evil people actually do walk this earth with us "normal" ones.

I can't imagine the hell that must have been for those parents and the frustration and sadness they had to go through.
