I doubt I would ever get friend zoned. First off I am in my 40s, if you are getting friend zoned in your 40s, something is seriously wrong with you.

Second, even being married, I get woman throwing themselves at me. I got asked for my phone number twice on halloween. I was there with my wife, and told them both i was married. One still insisted on the number (instead told her to friend me on facebook), saying she just wanted to be friends.

But I would totally fine just having a cuddle relationship. I really love cuddling, and not all cuddlers are created equally.

eta: my wife and I call it snuggling and do it for an hour or two a day.
