The girl indicted herself on something like 5 felonies and the story was corroborated with a story published about a shooting at a Red Roof Inn in Tampa.

ETA: Apparently these events happened roughly the second weekend of March 2015, and the *ahem* "individual" with dreads is named Michael Porter, then aged 29, of Winter Haven, Florida.
