That simply isn't true. If Bama loses this year, they are royally fricked next year because the 2016 squad is going to be incredible. Additionally, a loss this year likely puts them at 3rd in the SEC West when the dust settles. Lastly, an LSU win puts us well on our way to a CFB Playoff appearance, and that is major validation for the handwork the players have been putting in since 2014 and for the hard work our staff has put in on the recruiting trail.

Our recruiting classes have been building for this, and our success this year is probably a year early in my opinion. A win this year is lagniappe, and a loss doesn't disrupt the direction of this program.

Outside of a blowout loss, next weekend's game will do nothing to stop the fact that LSU is a program on the rise.

The football has NEVER been in better hands...never been ready to take off like it is now...we have the best recruiting staff in the history of LSU!!!!! This class will be a monster. The future of the program has NEVER been brighter! I've been a fan for over 50 years...I know LSU sports!
