I had a regions account so I decided to use them for a new mortgage.
The process went on and on and they told be I didn't qualify from a past divorce issue. I paid a credit company and they claim I was good. It turned out Regions couldn't write some types of loans because the failed to maintain the requirements of the FHA. I got the loan 15 days later with another bank.
