Yep.
Actually you can live chat them...that's probably the easiest way to talk to them.
Because you can write everything and have them communicate to that. Then save your entire transcript.

Yeah, depending on the value of the item, they'll tell you to keep it.
I ordered a coaxial combiner, realized I didn't need it, and tried to return it the same day it arrived. Went through the return process and at the end it told that I didn't need to send the item back and a return would be processed to my credit card within 3-5 days. The splitter was like $7.
