He went 3-21 (10-25 overall in 3 years) in the SEC at Ole Miss and had NFL talent on his roster that Houston fricking Nutt took to a Cotton Bowl victory the very next year after Ed O went 3-9 (0-8 in SEC).
Again, great DL position coach and ELITE recruiter, but he is absofrickinglutely not LSU head coach material.
