What about benefits, relocation, bonuses, 401k matching, etc.?

CO had state income tax, TX does not, so that will also factor into your financial decision.

Have you negotiated a final salary figure? If not, then ask for somewhere between 5-8% more than what you make now, as that's a standard bump.

What part of Texas are you in? How much more expensive will your cost of living be in CO?

You can write the move off on your taxes, unless you get reimbursed.

No state Tax is a major plus to staying in Texas. 10k less and adding state income tax on top would be a reason k would stay put and look for other jobs.
