So true. Lots of wisdom in your comment. I definitely have lots of emotion invested in this. Truly hard to figure out if this is a knee jerk situation but I've been feeling the tension since he began here over a year ago.
For context, he reminds me so much of Walter Mitty's boss if you've ever seen the secret life of Walter Mitty. Yikes.
