His coach said if Brandon couldn't get any playing time over Jennings who was playing horrible then there was no point for him to stay and sit on the bench at the same time harris was kind of in the dog house and had some growing up to do and seems he has matured.

Well that was premature and wrong of him to say that.

However, if he had been in the system for multiple years then it's more understandable.

Recognize he's just taking up for his guy, however it was a mistake to bring this out publicly and put this out there on Harris. Should have gave it another year at least to bring this frustration up publicly.

True freshman just don't start in the SEC.. regardless who's ahead of them. It's just really unlikely.. No matter how great you are.. He should have kept his mouth shut publicly though and gotten all the facts, such as Harris' injury and the ultimate plan for Harris.

You don't just give up at a prestige program like this if you have confidence in your ability. Harris is committed to this program and takes great pride in this state. Major props to him.
