I agree with you 99%. I love that a team can shorten the game, execute at a high level, and upset a more talented/athletic team...especially, in a tournament format.

The only thing I disagree with a bit is that I'm not 100% sure I'd watch no matter what. If the upset is taken out of the game, and it affects the product of the NCAA tournament, I don't think I'd pay as much attention to the game.

There is nothing wrong with NCAA basketball rules, IMO.
