Yeah I remember reading part of that. Need to finish it. It also is evidence that teams like Wisconsin could really thrive with a smaller shot clock. Ball movement is the key and if you keep the ball moving, you'll find an open shot in 24 seconds, just like you would in 35

Agreed. All it would do is reduce the margin of error for a bad pass or "passing just to pass". Players would need to be more mindful of their passes...a little more urgent. It would probably, IMO, be the "biggest change" you could make without being a BIG change.
ETA: The more I think about this, the more I like it. Forces teams to think and process before they pass. Wouldn't mind seeing the 3-point line moving back some more either. If the WNBA can have a 22-foot line, NCAA should too.
