Yeah, it has a schedule of the fee increasing over time and capping out. It's unclear if their schedule starts from 2002 or from the date of notice which was earlier this week. Either way, I just don't want to deal with finding records and I'm not going to just hand over a couple hundred bucks to make it go away.

On top of that, it was sent to an address that is no longer current so they have no proof that I ever received it. I guess they could track this post...
