Mine currently is 11x12 and it's way too small IMO. Our queen bed with one nightstand, dresser and chest take up a lot of the space. When we tear down and rebuild, I'm thinking we'll be close to the size you have spec'ed. At the very least 14x18 for a lot of the plans I've looked at for inspiration.

You want at least a queen, room on both sides, and plenty of space at the foot of the bed.
15 x 18 makes it, and a huge walk in closet. without a HUGE walk in closet and dual sinks, you can't call it a master bedroom.
