The answer is no, there are no foreign militaries in the United States although our allies send troops here to train quite often. We have operational combat units all over the globe, no other country has operational combat units in the US

This is the root of my question. I understand allied countries come and use our facilities to train ... but I can bet we aren't just training in the 150 countries we have presence in
