Gilmore stands up way to fast....Coach EdO needs to coach him to keep his pad level down (easy for me to say)

This is an astute observation. I was just talking to O 5 min ago and brought up this point after reading your post.

He said he's been so busy working with the guys improving hand speed that he hadn't noticed that tendency. Also said he never reviews film or haedly even cares about technique!? I was like, "What!?" And he was all like , "yeah it doesn't even matter because playing on the line is all about emotion and that's what I coach them to do!"

Dude I'm sure Ed O has taught pad level in his drills!! The truth is we don't have any true 1st team All SEC d linemen like we used to. We might have 1 second teamer, but the past 2-3 years our DL recruits haven't panned out part of that was bricks fault.
