Recipe to beat Bama

The only teams that have had success against Bama are mobile QB s who can ad lib and stretch the pocket and make spontaneous plays. Johnny Manzel, Cardelle Jones, Bo Wallace (although Bama turnovers and missed Fg lost that game).
Split out Fournette, Guice, Dupree, and Dural. Put Harris in a mobile pocket and let him throw or run. The coaches in the Army All Star game had it figured out, put Guice in space and watch him go. No team can match up if go 4 wide with those guys!

Nice post, but how about the recipe to defeat Florida?

Line play. Lsu has the horses up front on the offensive line to have success with Bama. Once again it comes down to who makes the clutch throws between Coker an Harris. You have to be excited to to see LSU 's offensive line vs. Bama 's defensive front. It's a epic matchup that will be a physical nasty confrontation.

I'm sorry but you aren't lining up in a pro set and beating Bama. Just is not happening.
Lining up the same way we did in the 2nd half against SC gives us a much better shot.

Well we need to also put the pedal down "IF" we get a lead on Bama. It's like Miles wants to play a 3 point game with Saban.

So your saying that LSU 's five cannot control the line against bama? We if this is the case you might as well not play this game cause for lsu to win we must be able to control the line. Bama will win the share of battles.

If we score more points than them, history shows we will win.

Well I can tell you one thing. LSU might beat BAMA but there is no way Saban is going to let Fournette run on them. He will put 9 in the box, leave corners on an island and see if Brandon Harris can beat them throwing. He tried that against OSU in the sugar bowl and Cardale Jones was able to connect on throws. he did it against Georgia and Chubb had nowhere to run and they were unable to throw. Thats where this game will be won or lost.

Every. Damn. Year.
And we run on them. Every. Damn Year.
The key is the passing game, but the notion that LSU can't hang with Bama by running the ball is ridiculous.
