It goes both ways, though. If you put LF in the 50's and 60's, he hasn't been lifting weights since middle school-maybe he hasn't been lifting weights at all, since a lot of coaches thought it made you musclebound. He's not going to football camps in the summer. He's probably 15 or more lbs lighter. He's playing defense and offense, so he's not getting any rest during the games. When the season ends, he's not working out unless he's playing another sport. Hell, he may be smoking cigarettes
