I wouldn't think so either.
It's fun to cackle and talk about how our military is weakening and all of that, but what's it cost to keep an F22 in the air? Spend an hour in Panama City Florida and you'll see at least one pair of them fly over. That's a multi-billion dollar plane each, and Lord only knows what it costs to keep that thing running, and they're flying over all day every day.
Russia has a few prototype gen5 planes up. There's no way they could deploy and support more than a few before they were out of money and parts.
ETA: and Lockheed is definitely seeing billions. Just imagine the R&D money they'll go through once the chinamen field something that can toe up with an F15. Once Israel loses their first one, that's when it'll really get serious.
