Season ticket holder in section 304 trying to buy tickets

I am logged in and every time I try to buy tickets it tells me there are no seats available? Can anyone guide me on what I'm doing wrong.

Its like that in every section. It won't let me choose a seat and when I choose best available it says there are not any tickets available.

I logged on and had option to buy at 4pm today, it just got bumped to 5pm
