Fact: if her body fat levels were normal and she didn't eat 70,000 calories a day her legs would look relatively normal too. "Body acceptance" is slang for encouraging people to damage their health, lower their quality of life, and lessen their ability to be happy and the best they can be. The internet is giving so many stupid arse people a voice to hurt other people so they can help their own self esteem, it's incredible

While I am with you on the sentiment, it is pretty clear that she does have lipidema. You can tell by the feet. So your "fact" is really not one, not even relatively. But she is obese.
