fight the injustice in court in front of a judge who actually knows the law.
dont assume some podunk cop knows the ins-and-outs of every law on the books and make a stand in a stressful situation.
thats just dumb.
Its not about knowing the law. Its about having to walk on egg-shells around cops for fear of them just making shite up about you because they need the numbers or are having a bad day.
Before body cameras, it was their word vs. yours in court and they win 100% of the time.
That's power that will corrupt nearly anyone, ESPECIALLY cops with an IQ lower than their drug dogs. I really think the body cameras will help stop a lot of it if they are enforced to be on at all times.
I still walk on egg shells and am overly polite with cops because I'm scared of them. That is my point. I love my freedom too and can swallow my pride and stroke their ego because of that, but I just think its fricked up that I have to.
I won't do anything about it because there's nothing that I can do and I just don't care enough. Doesn't mean I don't think its fricked up.

so in this situation she was walking on egg shells?
how about she treat the policeman with respect like she would her next door neighbor or the stray cat she's feeding behind her house?
when did being respectful to a civil servant = egg-shells?
i guarantee you start shite with a TSA agent in the airport and you WILL have a felony.
