And I think its absolutely fricked up we have to have this mentality in this country.

fight the injustice in court in front of a judge who actually knows the law.
dont assume some podunk cop knows the ins-and-outs of every law on the books and make a stand in a stressful situation.
thats just dumb.
eta reminds me of that youtube video where those 3-4 guys walked behind a couple of cops calling them motheruckers and pigs for a good 5 minutes.
