Here's another one of those headscratchers as u call em.

Team A has one of the Best OL in the game.
Team A has a very very good running back and running game, which it had before there was a change at OC.
Team A has a 4* EE QB with a gu n and is very elusive in his second yr under OC.
Team A has the number 1 High School reciever in his 2nd yr along with 3-4 other NFL WR's.

Team A is 123rd in the nation in passing the football....

Dont think too hard about this.

team a receivers have dropped several crucial passes that would change that stat.
team a has had penalties on several long completions, including scores, that would change that stat.
team a has receivers that aren't getting separation like they should be.
team a has gotten pass interference calls on some of those incompletions that otherwise would have resulted in long completions.

perspective.

If only that were true when it came to pass protection. With a new starting QB and a mostly young WR corps, we need better pass protection if that phase is going to get better. I think that would help clean up the execution more than anything, because it will allow Harris to settle in, keep his eyes down field, and get through his progressions.
