Don't look at all the pictures and think all that water is still there
This isn't a bowl like Nola
The water has already receded big time and be gone by tomorrow
The question is the emergency personnel, lack of running water, etc
The games will be played in Columbia if the logistics handle it
It's not about the flood waters still being there
