Yeah. See, whenever we get a heavy shower, there is some localized flooding in areas like Five Points on campus because of the creeks that go through downtown. Therefore, people have the false sense of security that it will be ok. However, this is something that has never been seen in our lifetime.

It never ceases to amaze me how people will get out and go driving during a flood. I could understand if they were evacuating, but it's usually just looky-Lou's dicking around. I especially like the last pic where the driver is traveling fast enough to push his wake over the sandbags
