The genie is out of the bottle, no controlling it now. The only option we've got is to develop cheap and fashionable Kevlar.

Very wise of you to say that. There are far too many guns already in the hands of both, the normals and the crazies to develop any legislation that would have any effect on the current state of affairs. Total gun confiscation would have no effect before the next improved method of killing people will be developed.

This nation was taken from us indians with muskets at first. As whitey moved west more efficient guns were being built and the race was on. No controlling the manufacture and sale of guns in the nation.
