Any smaller gun will always be easier to conceal. However, I am 6ft and 260 lbs and I have no trouble concealing and wearing a G19 using a N82 Tactical holster IWB. I do not find the size of the G19 uncomfortable as such, but you definitely feel the weight of the fully loaded G19 over the weight of smaller pistols. However, a good holster and belt certainly help spread it out to a tolerable level.
I have been alternating carrying the G19 vs a Taurus PT 111 G2 and am still evaluating.

With those stats you could conceal a Desert Eagle... 
Here's my G26 with stock mags + Pearce grip extensions vs G19 mags + Xgrip fillers overlayed so they lined up as inserted. There is virtually no difference in overall length of the grips, maybe milimeters. There is very little weight penalty, 2.64 ounces, and all but 0.76 ounces of that is 5 more rounds of 147gr 9mm.
Not much dimensional difference but that little bit of material in the heel makes it much more comfortable after 200 rounds of shooting in a session.
