I have an osprey exos 46 that I used for a similar trip. It's more of a lightweight pack, but it's quality and I made sure it fit me. Plush padding is great, but fit is key. I had no issues throughout the trip.

I mainly carried clothes and toiletries so it's different than packing heavy gear along with you. Also you don't really carry your stuff 24/7.

As far as quality, I really like osprey and they have a great warranty. Also, I'd look into exofficio for some clothing if you going to be between extended washings.
