What exactly do you propose to do to fix the inner city? Get going on the right path? WTF? It's up to the people to follow the right path. They can't and won't because it's all part of their culture.

Frankly, I don't fricking care when people kill each other ion the ghetto (whether it's central city, the east, lower 9th, etc). They chose that shite. They can stop it if they want to, but it's more fun to act like fricking animals and steal, deal, and take what they want. So frick them. Yes, it is more important when they start doing that shite in better neighborhoods and robbing businesses and their clients. Why? Because it just is. Because those people in those neighborhoods do not chose to live like animals and kill people and rob and steal.

And all this bullshite about how "we" need to create new industries and jobs - newsflash - the "people" doing shite like this don't want those jobs and people who give jobs usually don't want to give them jobs.
