You know damn well "on pace" doesn't mean anything after 3 games. We're also "on pace" to rush for ~3,800 yards on the season. How does that stack up against the average BCS team? We're on pace for zero turnovers on the year, that'd be quite the accomplishment as well.

Here's what I don't get. "We're going to have to throw for 250 to win a game one day!" Well, maybe. Why does that mean we should be trying to throw for 250 even when we don't need it to win? If the argument is that we need to work on the passing game, your beef is with how we allocate practice time (which nobody in the board has any clue about).
