Change need to be made asap

I will start with saying that unless we make some changes soon this team will slip into the dark ages.
Colston: He is absolutely done. Needs to be released asap. Sucks to say but it's time.
Browner: got absolutely abused today and he hasn't looked like a #2 CB that he was brought here to be. Consider releasing him as soon as Lewis is back.
Ingram: He will never be the back that SP wants him to be. Robinson is clearly the better back. It's painful to watch Ingram eat up some of Robinson's carries with 1 yard runs. Needs to be traded while he still has some value.
This is just the beginning. Add your roster moves below.

The first half was pretty good, but then it got a little rough.
Why even go for the killshot at the INT throw, i'll never know. He does this every year. Just get the first down. You don't need to try to win the game right there.

I honestly thought the play calling was pretty good today.
Letting greg Olsen go uncovered for most of the first half lost us the game. We had the Panthers fans around us laughing because everytime Olsen was lined up with no one across from him, we'd be screaming. Newton stared him down every play, it was so obvious. Terrible terrible dc job today
Colston was wide open in the seam on last play, the play call wasn't the problem, it was Luke's decision

Well, Ingram is here to stay considering the money we just paid him... Also, we need to stop getting players from Buffalo. We should have never signed Spiller. We aren't even fricking using him. With regards to Byrd, what a fricking waste of money. We got so screwed in that signing.
-Jahri, hopefully, is done after this season. Kelemete seems like our RG of the future. Dude looked solid today.
-The 3 back system needs to stop NOW. It isn't working at all. If they are going to establish a run game, please fricking just use a one back system with the occasional relief back. I think Khiry needs to be the starter, but that won't happen since we just paid Ingram starter money.
-Akiem Hicks is done. Needs to be benched immediately. All hype and no game. We need to draft a week 1 ready DT in the draft, like Nkemdiche.
-Browner, so far, has been awful. I'm willing to give him a chance, but I don't see him working out for us.
-We need a playmaking WR. Cooks is a #2 at best. We need a Julio Jones esque WR. Don't know how we will acquire one, but we need one ASAP.
-Lastly, our TEs have been decent with blocking so far but horrible with pass catching. That JG trade is really stinging right now for our offense.

I'm afraid their is no quick fix. It will take a couple yrs of great drafts and key free agent signings to get this team in contention for the playoffs. But by that time our QB situation will be in dire straights.

Too bad Bruce Arians isn't in the market anymore. I wouldn't mind CSP going as long as we have a good replacement. The only person I can think of is Chuck Pagano, but his playcalling isn't much better than Payton's.

I can't believe we pay Spiller like 5.5 Mil a year and use him for like 5 plays a game. That's a joke and a complete waste of money. The odd thing is that he actually pretty good and creates a HUGE mismatch in the passing game.

Agreed. These last few signings minus Lewis have kind of shown all you need to know about how inept our FO & coaching staff really are. I think we had a really good draft this year, but the schemes we run just don't work like they used to.

We just lost to the best team in our division with a shot to win. We aren't as far off as you people think. With a healthy Brees and a #1 reciever we can turn this around if we find a pass rusher too
