I assumed led lights take care of the heat issue.
I guess I don't want to waste time and wait a long time, so I guess I need to look at hydroponics. shite. Don't need another time-suck hobby but we'll see. I assume once you get into all that shite a book or website recommendation is not necessary. The local shop will supply. I'm pretty sure there is one nearby.

I am sure there is. And they can help. This is what I used to use for help but growing outside is much easier than indoor. Well maybe not easier, but less things to set up. You have additional pests, weather and smell to deal with.

No idea if its relevant. I also have the marijuana growing bible but again I am outdoors. So its different.

LED doesnt seem to have the nugget building power of a hortilux hps. And if LED breaks its a bitch.
I'd go T5 over led.
Yes, but it eliminates the heat issue and is cheaper over the long run. This is why all the dispensaries are switching to LED. I know quite a few personal growers and many of them are switching.
Honestly you can use fluorescent combined with a window. I got about 2 ounces out of that grow. Not the quality of HPS or LED, but dead easy and cheap.
