Has any of the OB been to this archery range. Relatively close to the house and wanting to shoot from an elevated stand. Is the set up similar to Sherburne?

I assume you are talking about that BREC one next to the observatory. I have been there a couple of times as I live 3 minutes away from it. The only thing I dislike is how tattered the targets are from people shooting them. Besides that, they stop arrows well and are set up in increments all the way out to 60 yards (IIRC). You are not allowed to shoot broadheads.

Went about a month ago during the week. You shoot from level ground. As others have said the closer targets are pretty worn out. I brought my own block but didn't end up using it. I went during the week and there was no one out there, so I could have shot from 30/40 yards at the 50/60 yard targets but the 20/30 targets stopped them without issue.

Side note - between the 20/30 yard targets a wasp landed on my nose during my draw. If you happen across a Easton Axis with green and white Quick Fletch, bring it home and let me know that it's ok. I'd hate to know its still out in the weather with winter coming.
