Bringing charges against him would be a vindictive and horrible thing to do. 20 yr old is a skeeze, but I'm not sure he deserves that.
Anyway, I would have to know more about the situation to know for sure. The person who asked if the parents were ok with it before they broke up brings up an interesting point. Eta: I guess that question was answered.
