Yea I've been looking, and it doesn't seem too bad. I'm currently in Houston so I know all about an inflated housing market haha

No I agree. I would never live in there, but thought it could be a decent short term option while you're looking for something more permanent. At least it would be a little more spacious than the apartments you're gonna find.
