That's a top 5 AD job for sure and all you really have to do is stay out of the way at UT.
It runs itself if you make solid coaching hires.
I bet dealing with billionaire/hundred millionaire boosters is actually pretty tough. They aren't always right, but they always think they are and if you disagree with them its really bad for you.
