Yeah, I really think the death penalty has outlived is lifespan.
The risk v reward is to great if there is even the slightest chance an innocent person is put to death. Recent findings have shown we really don't know what the duck we are doing when it comes to the capital punishment. Plus it cost a incredible amount.
