Just an fyi, that's Brent, an owner from B-52 brewing in Conroe. You can see how nice the set up is at the brewery outside and yes, dogs are allowed. They are good guys making great beer available around Houston and surrounding areas. Check out their beers if you get the chance.

They've had things like this before, but the one in OP has a nicer faucet and refillable tank.
I have found on my portable homebrew keg setup that matching pressure to line resistance is pretty difficult with such a short line. It's a fine line between no head and lots of head. I wonder if that kickstarter setup has some built in resistance?
