I may be in the minority here, but I don't like Evans so much this year with Winston at the helm, and I wouldn't want the weekly headache of wondering if Foster is going to play or not. I would keep Dez.
That being said, it would be helpful to know league size, roster, scoring...

Without more information it's impossible to say.
Do you already have Brown, DT88, and Julio? If so, then yeah, Dez is expendable.
Need scoring and roster to really tell you.

I'd stay put.
ETA: However, that's just based on my personal opinion on Evans and Foster. I don't think it's an unfair deal by any means, so if you feel better about those two guys than me, then I certainly think it's a fair deal.

Dez for AJ Green and Foster would be my counter offer. Downgrade from Dez to AJ, but you'd add Foster later in the year.
