Find me an indoor space that's climate controlled, spans at least 150 acres, and has at least 200 feet of clear height...and you may have an idea. This is all before you figure out how to grow grass.

I believe Cowboys Stadium covers over 70 acres, and was said to have the largest span in an arch supported building ever built. I guess you could put two structures like that side by side and make it work.
The way that I play golf, I rarely play from the nice manicured grass anyway, so playing off of an artificial surface would probably be a huge upgrade!
