Yea, most of what I'm finding on the lot with the options I need have a bunch of stuff I don't want.
Oddly, I loathe built in Nav units, and this is usually a problem. Plus, I want 22"'s.

This could be problematic for you if, say, you want the top-level leather and trim (which only the SLT or LTZ have) because that only comes with those packages, which automatically include the Nav. There is definitely a difference between the leather/trim in the LT and the LTZ/SLT. I've had both as week-long rentals. In the LT you get a cheaper grade and the lower dash lacks stitched leather trim and has a crappy looking mega-fake wood. The overall look/feel of the LTZ is much better, but you can't get it without Nav.
