There is a station on Airline near Severn on river side that advertises Ethanol free gas. The station also seems extremely shady FWiW.
There also is a Murphy Station a block off of W. Esplanade and either Trans or Clearview (forget which) that sells Ethsnol free gas.

Transcontinental, 1 block off West Esplanade on the lake side.

It's closed... Seems to be going through a remodel... Hoping it goes with ethanol free gas again... It was little pricy though..
