FBS or not, a win over a team that will likely not make a bowl (which is insanely hard to do these days) is not worthy of a top 4 ranking.
Sorry, it just isn't. If Wake Forest beat the piss out of Kansas week 1 in the same fashion would you say they were worthy of a top 4 for beating a P5? I highly doubt it.

if wake forest returned 19 starters from a team stacked with NFL talent, yeah i probably would.
