Country Legends- Top 5 Underrated Songs

Recently added Garth Brooks entire discography to my iTunes. Forgot how many great songs never made it to radio. Here are my Top 5 favorite songs from Garth and George that never made the radio or are under appreciated. What are some other's from other artists?

How dare you list Night Riders Lament under Garth Brooks. Doesn't come close to Jerry Jeff Walkers version. But I agree, a wonderful song

I agree, though Night Riders Lament was done by lots of artist, Jerry Jeffs is my favorite.

I loved how he used to include an old western type song on each album.

"The Cowboy Song" is one of my all time favorites.

"Chill of an Early Fall" and "Back to Bein Me" are 2 of my favorite George Strait songs that weren't released on radio.

"thoughts of a fool", "i know one", "drinking Champagne" are not their original songs (Ernest Tubb, Jim Reeves, Carl Smith). They were popular songs years ago. No one likes that style any more so maybe that's why they aren't popular
I love those songs - both versions but i like classic country
