That was a helluva deal he came to court with.
"We'll pay you the 75 million...over 30 years. Oh, and only if the taxpayers pass a new millage on the ballot next year, otherwise we aren't paying a thing. Also, waive other claims and all of the $100 million in interest we owe."

so where do you think the money will come from?
virtually every pension fund in the State has a huge UAL. Somebody is going to be paying more taxes to make that up.
