Really?!? How do you know whether these Tesla's will be reliable long term? Sure, less moving parts but a lot more complicated. Do you have any idea how much a battery swap would be?....Fracking outrageous.

Do you even know how long electric cars have been around? Or how long Tesla has been using this type of battery tech? This isn't something new.

Their battery swap stations were charging about $60 but have been abandoned because a) the battery life retention is excellent and b) the supercharging stations are free. In tests, Tesla owners were overwhelmingly choosing the free stations.
