Anytime New Orleans, San Francisco, and New York are all not in the top three it is a flawed list.

I realize the makeup of this board, but why should NOLA be in the top 3?

Is it known for BBQ, Pizza, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Delis, German, Korean, Japanese, Sushi, Jamaican, African, Indian....?

I am willing to be corrected, honestly, but I don't picture New Orleans being tremendously diverse despite being a great culinary destination.
